Marie Graff is a Registered Massage Therapist with decades of experience. Ms. Graff holds credentials in both Massage Therapy and Shiatsu and has certificates in breast massage and cranio sacral therapy. She is adept at inter-oral therapy for the relief of TMJ, has developed a unique lymphatic drainage facial that proves to have a profound effect on relieving thyroid congestion, accumulation of fluids in the jaw and neck and diminishing swelling in the hands. She also has extensive studies in herbal medicine, aromatherapy and Bach Flower therapy, and endeavours, always, to see the dynamics of the body, mind and spirit in every person. Although she is known for deep work she is just as comfortable with light touch therapies. In most cases she blends her treatments with a variety of approaches to gain the greatest results from the nature and limitations of the soft tissue system under her hands, adapting to the structure, health and function of a given set of circumstances. She has a particular interest in treating clients with Down Syndrome, using shiatsu, to increase muscle tone, improve coordination, alleviate gastric tensions, reduce anxiety and increase vitality.
